Join the David Downey Allstate Agency, a reputable insurance agency that is now hiring a PA P&C or Personal Lines Resident-Licensed Seasoned Insurance Salesperson. We are a hybrid team, allowing our employees to work in-office or from the comfort of their own homes while still providing exceptional service to our clients in Pennsylvania.
As a seasoned salesperson, you will play a crucial role in our agency's success. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process. We are seeking someone who is positive, inviting, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

If you sell an average of 35 items per month (autos, homes, renters, PUPs, etc) you would make an average of about $72K/year in salary plus commissions, before including bonuses and benefits.
Century Club (100 items/month) salespersons would earn an average of $160K/yr, before bonuses and benefits.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and actively prospect potential clients in the State College and surrounding areas.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any concerns.
Effectively communicate the value of our insurance products and services to potential clients and guide them through the purchasing process.
Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and maintaining a high conversion rate.
RequirementsActive PA Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines Resident Producer License is required.
At least 1 year of proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present information.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Designated workspace at home to work in and have professional conversations with minimal interruption.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage leads and track progress.
