Job Details

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Medical Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Providing clinical assistance by performing routine tasks such as taking vitals, preparing patients for examinations, administering medication under the direction of a physician, and maintaining patient records.

2. Assisting in the management of patient care, including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating patient referrals.

3. Supporting the finance team by maintaining and updating financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation.

4. Collaborating with the finance team to understand healthcare costs and contribute to financial planning and cost management.

5. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on best practices in both the healthcare and finance industries.

6. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, including financial reports and health outcomes data.

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited institution.

2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and finance team members.
