**Job Description**
As the Online Order Fulfillment Associate for Bonjour Fte, you will be responsible for ensuring that all online orders placed are fulfilled and shipped within a timely manner and to our packing standards. Attention to detail is a must in this position as you will be responsible for making sure that the shipment execution of our online order business provides a wonderful customer experience.
Position is based in Salt Lake City.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and execute timely fulfillment of all new orders placed online
* Pick product for all new online orders, cross checking that SKU numbers and quantities align with the order placed
* Neatly pack all outgoing orders to ensure all orders are up to Bonjour Ftes packing standards
* Responsible for overseeing shipping processes to ensure we are using the best processes, services, and materials
* Make recommendations to management to ensure we are operating at maximum efficiency
* Submit claims to carriers for any damages that occur during shipment
* Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager
**Qualifications:**
* Experience packing and shipping orders is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent time management skills
* High School diploma or GED certificate
