PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST ARC Group is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our direct client in their Fort Lauderdale offices. This is a full-time / direct hire position that is initially a remote role until the new office opens, then the role will convert to onsite work. The Product Marketing Specialist will be a key interface both to external and internal customers, working directly with customers as well as sales, engineering, business operations and other teams. The position requires 2 years of product marketing management/development experience, preferably with high-tech products (i.e. IT or similar) and demonstrated experience with the Adobe product suite. Product Marketing Specialist Job Description: Under the direction of executive management and in close coordination with sales, this person will serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the company brand. These initiatives and activities include management of the companys online presence (LinkedIn, Twitter) and development and management of collateral / marketing materials. This may also include development and execution of campaigns (web, social media, etc.) and managing (updating) the Companys corporate website. You will ensure the clients products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers and align with brand and image. You will gather market and customer needs in developing go-to-market plans and activities for specific products or product lines that maximize sales. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: The Product Marketing Specialists responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Create and maintain customer-facing product collateral, messaging and marketing tools (templates) for the sales team Support sales training in area of expertise to include support with key customer presentations and events Manage product life cycle and global business activities (e.g., GTM plans, portfolio/roadmap management, EOL planning, competitor research) Partner with cross-functional teams; interface with sales and other teams to collect requirements for new products, features or enhancements Analyze market, competitive, sales, and customer data to contribute to product plans and product strategies Consolidate customer, market data and strategies to support product definition, positioning, promotion, and pricing strategies Support (as needed) key activities required to launch new products into the market (NPI, new product introduction) Education and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of product marketing management/development experience, preferably with high-tech products (i.e. IT or similar) Experience with Adobe product suite and MS Office Demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good relationships with worldwide team members and customers Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including story telling) Knowledge of graphics market and/or IT Components (DRAM, SSD) preferred BA or BS in Marketing or another applicable field preferred Travel: Travel expected J-18808-Ljbffr
