The successful Military & IC (Intelligence Community) Account Manager will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline along with the following: 8 years of direct customer interaction and/or involvement experience with the IC Community Prior military experience and/or familiarity with the IC culture Proven ability to interact with target customers at all levels and demonstrated experience with closing sales transactions Familiarity with technical networking concepts, network security principles and secure product offerings. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work independently and take initiative. Direct experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Advanced working knowledge of windows applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Travel Requirements: up to 50%. Opportunity development, pursuit and closure Scheduling site visits and teleconferences to present demonstrations, maintain accounts and provide continued influence on future plans. Pre-sales account manager support and customer support. Post-sales account manager support and customer support. Deliver annual quota commitments across key accounts displaying sales and revenue growth over time while ensuring the proper actions are taken to sustain this continued growth. Prefer someone based in the National Capital Region (MD/VA/DC). Also open to someone based out of our Dedham, MA location or someone remote that will travel.
